PAYMENT

PAYMENT
The balance of the payment is due on the same day of the tour. The modes of payment are the following: Cash - we accept Mexican pesos as well as USD. Kindly note that the exchange rate applicable for Mexican pesos is the one in effect on the day of the transaction. Credit card (Visa and Mastercard). A 5% extra charge will be added to the balance. Paypal. A 5% extra charge will be added to the balance

PICK UP AND DROP OFF

For small-group tour, the pick-up time and drop-off is variable, depends on location of every client location.  

REFUNDS

There are no refunds except for cancellation of the Tour by the Operator. In case of a client cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable and will be used for administration costs.

PERSONAL EFFECTS

Luggage or personal effects are carried enter the entirely at owner's risk. The Agave Experience is not liable for any loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal effects.

DISCLOSURE

THE AGAVE EXPERIENCE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENT, DEATH, INJURY, OR DISEASE DURING THE TOURS. ACCEPTING THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE AGAVE EXPERIENCE IT´S FREE OF ANY LEGAL CHARGE.

CONFIRMATION OF A RESERVATION

Seat reservations are subject to availability and confirmed after the payment of a non-refundable deposit. Said deposit is 20% for any of our tours.
